• Order question — include your order number (starts with #K-) and what you need: size swap, shipping update, return start.
• Defective or wrong item — include your order number and a photo. We send a free replacement and pay return shipping. See Returns.
• Sizing help — tell us your usual brand and size and we’ll tell you what to order in ours. Be honest about fit preference; we won’t judge.
• Wholesale / press / collab — say so in the subject line and we’ll route it.
• Just saying hi — also welcome.

Hours

We answer email Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm Eastern. Anything that lands over the weekend gets a reply by end-of-day Monday. We’re a small team and we’d rather actually read what you sent than auto-reply.
