Privacy

Short version: we use your data to ship you gear and tell you when new drops happen. We don’t sell it. We don’t share it with anyone we don’t need to.

Who we are

Keasy is a brand operated by Aquila Strategies LLC, based in Florida, USA. For any privacy question, email eron@aquilastrategies.xyz.

What we collect

• Order info — name, shipping address, email, phone (optional), order contents. Required to ship you the thing you bought.
• Payment info — processed by Stripe (and Shopify Payments when an order is completed via Shopify checkout). We never see your full card number. We see the last four digits and the billing zip for fraud checks.
• Email signups — your email and (if you tell us) your home Mile Marker, used to send drop alerts and field notes. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email.
• Site analytics + advertising pixels — pageviews, device info, and ad-conversion events via Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymization), TikTok Pixel, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Klaviyo on-site tracking. All four are consent-gated: scripts only load after you accept the analytics/marketing categories in the consent banner. If you decline, none of them load.

How we use it

• Fulfill orders (print, pack, ship, handle returns).
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, tracking, return updates).
• Send marketing emails when you opt in (drop alerts, field notes). Unsubscribe any time.
• Improve the site and prevent fraud.
• Comply with tax and legal obligations.

Who we share it with

• Service providers — Stripe (payments), Shopify (commerce + checkout when used), Vercel (hosting), print/fulfillment partners (Printify / Subliware), Klaviyo (email + on-site marketing). Each only gets what they need to do their job.
• Analytics + advertising platforms (consent-gated) — Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), TikTok Pixel (TikTok Inc.), Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Inc.). Only loaded after you opt in via the consent banner.
• Law enforcement — only if compelled by valid legal process.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Loading third-party advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok) may, under CCPA/CPRA, constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising — which is why those pixels are off by default and only fire after affirmative opt-in. You can withdraw consent at any time by re-opening the consent banner from the site footer.

How long we keep it

Order records: 7 years (US tax + accounting requirements). Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete. Site analytics: rolling 14 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct it if it’s wrong.
• Delete it (subject to legal retention requirements above).
• Object to certain uses (like marketing).
• Receive a portable copy.

Email eron@aquilastrategies.xyz and we’ll handle it within 30 days (45 for CCPA verifiable consumer requests).

California (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, to request deletion (subject to the retention requirements above), to request correction, to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, to limit use of sensitive personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing. Submit a verifiable consumer request to eron@aquilastrategies.xyz with subject “CCPA Request”.

EU / UK (GDPR / UK GDPR)

EU/EEA and UK residents have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Our lawful bases are: contract performance (fulfilling your order), legitimate interest (improving the site, preventing fraud), legal obligation (tax + accounting), and consent (marketing emails, non-essential analytics, and advertising pixels). You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Children

Keasy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update the “Last updated” date below when this changes. Material changes get an email if you’re on the list.
