Plain English. Read it once. By using keasy.shop or buying our gear, you agree to these terms.

Who you’re dealing with

Keasy is operated by Aquila Strategies LLC (the “Company”), a Florida limited liability company. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the Company. “You” means you, the person using the site or buying the gear.

Orders + pricing

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or items out of stock. If we cancel, we refund in full.
• Promotional codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, and can’t be combined with sale items.

See Shipping and Returns for the full policies. Both are incorporated into these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Keasy name, logomark, chart artwork, print designs, photography, and site copy are protected by trademark and copyright. The chart base art is adapted from public-domain NOAA nautical charts. You can’t resell, reprint, or commercially redistribute our designs. Wearing them, photographing yourself in them, and tagging us — encouraged.

User-generated content

If you tag us, email us photos, or otherwise share content with us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost it on our site and social channels with credit. You can revoke this by emailing hello@keasy.shop.

Accuracy

We do our best to render colors and sizes accurately, but every screen is different and every body is different. The size guide is the source of truth. If something feels off, email us — we prefer that to silence.

Disclaimers

The site and the gear are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). Sun shirts protect against UV, but you’re still responsible for sunscreen and good judgment on the water.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the site or the gear is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law + disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in Monroe County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date below tells you when. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them. If a change is material, we’ll email anyone on the list.
