Yes — the AOP performance line (Reef Tract LS, Hawk Channel LS, Florida Bay Flats Tee, Marquesas Tee, Reef Tract Sun Mask) is 100% polyester with verified UPF 50+ protection. Cotton lifestyle tees are not UPF-rated.

Sublimation printing chemically bonds only to polyester — that’s how all-over-print sun shirts are made. Cotton and bamboo can’t take an edge-to-edge print at this scale. Same fabric Columbia PFG, AFTCO, and Huk use. Long version: read the field note.

Performance line: sublimation-printed and cut-and-sewn in the U.S. Lifestyle line: screen-printed in the U.S. on Comfort Colors and Bella+Canvas blanks. Premium capsules (limited): made in the U.K.

XS through 3XL on most pieces. Full size chart on every product page. Cut true to size with a relaxed fit — between sizes and want it lean, size down; want layering room or a longer hem on the water, size up.

Yes. Carrier rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Most orders to Canada and the EU arrive within 7–14 business days.

Yes. Designed between MM0 and MM107. Tested at Bahia Honda, Florida Bay, and the back of Sand Key.

Performance (poly AOP): Cold wash, gentle cycle, hang dry. Sublimation prints are part of the fabric — they won’t fade, peel, or crack. Don’t iron the prints (heat reactivates the dye, weirdly).
Lifestyle (cotton): Cold wash, inside out, tumble dry low. Heavyweight cotton softens and fades into a personal wash with each cycle — that’s the point.

We’re in Phase 0 now — designs in production, samples being tested. Get on the waitlist and you’ll know first.

One rule: every piece anchors to a specific Keys place, fishery, or measurement. No generic Florida art. No marlin silhouettes. If we wouldn’t wear it ourselves between MM0 and the Marquesas, it doesn’t get made.
