The story
168 miles.
One brand.
Keasy makes performance sun shirts and heavyweight cotton tees that map the actual geography of the Florida Keys. Every piece in the launch line anchors to a named place: Mile Marker 0, Hawk Channel, the Reef Tract, Florida Bay, the Marquesas, the Conch Republic. The brand is operated by Aquila Strategies LLC and the catalog is intentionally narrow — every piece anchored to a named place, including the Florida Bay Flats sun tee.
The Florida Keys are 168 miles long. From Mile Marker 0 in Key West, up US-1 to Soldier Key, and 25 miles west to the Marquesas — that’s the whole stretch. The only living barrier reef in the continental United States. The world’s flats-fishing capital. The only place in the U.S. where the road actually ends.
We’ve fished it, dove it, run it, sunburned on it, and gotten skunked on it. Keasy is what we wear out here.

How Keasy approaches performance.
All-over-print 100% performance polyester sun shirts and tees, sublimation-printed edge to edge with bathymetric and chart-based designs. The same poly Columbia PFG, AFTCO, and Huk use, just with better art. Reef Tract. Hawk Channel. Florida Bay. Marquesas. The water you fish, drawn the way it actually is. Read how to read the reef tract →
Lifestyle.
Heavyweight 100% cotton tees and long-sleeves with chest and back graphics. Comfort Colors heavy, Bella+Canvas lean. U.S.-printed. Sized true. Designed to fade well over a season of salt and sun. Worn at marina bars, gas stations, and breakfast at the Stuffed Pig.
What’s not here.
No marlin silhouettes. No “Salty Vibes Only.” No tournament logos. No painterly fish art. No mass-market red-white-blue. Keasy is what we wear out here — not what we wish the Keys looked like. The run to the Marquesas explains the brand better than any tagline can.
Why poly, not bamboo.
Sun shirts are the workhorse of the Keys wardrobe. Long sleeves, full sun coverage, light enough to dry between flats. They’re also almost always 100% polyester. So are ours. Performance fabric for the actual job: poly. Lifestyle fabric for off-the-water: 100% cotton on Comfort Colors and Bella+Canvas blanks. We’re putting this in front of you so you don’t have to dig for it.
If you want bamboo: small capsule next year — limited drops only, real bamboo, no all-over print.
Drops on real Keys timing.
Tarpon Season. Lobster Mini-Season. Stone Crab. Limited runs, restocks when restocks make sense. If you want it, get on the waitlist and we’ll tell you when it’s live.

Who’s behind Keasy
Operator + author.
Keasy is operated by Eron Schmedes through Aquila Strategies LLC, a Florida-registered holding company based in the Keys. The brand, the line, the chart art, and every word on this site are his work. He runs this water from a flats skiff out of Big Pine, fishes the bridges from Bahia Honda to Channel Five, and has gotten skunked at more named places than the average guide will admit to.

It ain’t easy being Keasy.
