30 days. Unworn. Tags on. Easy.

The policy

• 30 days from delivery date for unworn, tags-on items.
• Refund issued to original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
• Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived defective or wrong.

Defective items

If your gear arrived with a print defect, fabric defect, or wrong item — we’ll send a free replacement and pay return shipping. Email hello@keasy.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Worn / washed items

We can’t accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed. If you’re between sizes, the size chart on every product page is your friend — and we’d rather you ask than guess.

Final sale

Limited-drop capsules and any item marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email hello@keasy.com with your order number and the item(s) you’re returning. We’ll send return-shipping instructions within one business day.
